Key Responsibilities:

• Center Management: Oversee the daily operations of the computer center, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all users.
• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for computers, software, and other equipment.
• User Training: Conduct workshops and one-on-one sessions to help users improve their computer skills.
• Resource Management: Maintain and update inventory of hardware and software, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and functional.
• Community Engagement: Foster a welcoming atmosphere and promote the center's services to the community.

Required Skills

Ideal Candidate:

• Technical Skills: Proficient in various computer systems, software applications, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer Service: A friendly, patient, and helpful attitude towards users of all ages and skill levels.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Computer Knowledge :   MS-CIT / Tally Teaching Experianced
